This high-society character, holding his famous umbrella, displays his most threatening side as he plots his next scheme. The figure's base features clear water elements and theatrical coloring to reflect the murky environment in which the fierce penguins swim.

The figure stands out for its grotesque portrait, which includes distinctive features like his beak-shaped nose, a clear monocle, and a black top hat. His outfit is meticulously designed, featuring a fabric coat adorned with faux fur details and an aged finish. He completes his look with a sculpted shirt, a yellow vest, and purple striped pants.
