Deposits and Reservations

Reservations or deposits made at Majin Store are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, except in the event of product cancellation by the manufacturer. This deposit is immediately transferred to the producer to ensure the availability of a unit for each customer. Therefore, when making a reservation, the payment is managed directly with the supplier, and we do not retain this amount.

Change of Buyer or Transfer: Under no circumstances is the transfer of reservations to third parties or changing the buyer allowed. The reservation is binding to the original purchaser.

Buyer’s Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for providing correct and complete data for the delivery of the order. Majin Store is not liable for any errors in the provided information that may affect shipping.

Delivery Dates: Delivery or availability dates are approximate and may vary. Delays will not be grounds for canceling the reservation. If in doubt, you can contact us through our support platforms.

Payment Deadline: Once the product is available for shipping or final payment, payment must be made within 7 days. If the payment is not made within this period, Majin Store reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refunding the deposit. If the buyer needs more time for payment, they must contact us to request an extension, which must be approved by our team.

Right of Admission: Majin Store reserves the right to refuse service, and may cancel any order if inappropriate behavior or disrespectful actions toward our staff are detected. In exceptional cases, we may refund 100% of the amount paid if the supplier cancels the product or if we cannot guarantee delivery.

Installment Payments

Majin Store offers the option to pay in three installments without interest or fees. Payment will be processed through a secure and easy-to-use system.

Shipping

Products will be shipped once payment is completed. Estimated shipping times are between 30 and 50 days but may be delayed due to factors such as high demand or international logistics situations. Check for products in stock.

Loss of Products During Shipping: In the event of loss confirmed by the logistics company, a refund or replacement with another available product will be offered. If the buyer has other reservations with Majin Store, the amount of the loss will be automatically added to another pending product’s value.

Buyer’s Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate and updated delivery address. Majin Store is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or changed address data.

After-Sales Service

Collectible figures are made of extremely fragile material, and while damage during shipping is rare, it can occur.

Damage Claim Process: If the product arrives damaged, the customer must record a full video of the package opening process, including breaking the exclusive Majin Store seal, and notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Once the claim is received, Majin Store will proceed with a replacement or repair depending on the case. The process for obtaining a replacement can take between 1 and 2 months, depending on the manufacturer's availability.

Return Conditions: All products must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original materials intact (packaging, protection, parts, etc.). Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

What is not covered by after-sales service? Damage to the brown outer box, damage to the color box (art box), minor damage such as scratches, product defects, or factory-pre-glued parts that can be restored to their original state with just glue. Defects and breakage are common issues when collecting resin statues; we encourage you to place your orders with caution. If you have any questions about defects or breakage, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Product Different from Agreed

Products may vary from the images published on the website due to the handmade manufacturing process. These changes may include variations in paint, details, or finishes. Such variations will not be grounds for refund or return unless they significantly affect the integrity of the product. Any discrepancy will be evaluated by Majin Store’s team.

Cancellation

Majin Store reserves the right to cancel any order or reservation made on our sales platforms. In the event of cancellation by Majin Store, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued without penalty to either party.

Buyers may cancel their reservation at any time but will lose the deposit amount paid.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Majin Store reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and these modifications will become effective upon publication on our website.

Responsibility for Events Beyond Store’s Control

Majin Store is not responsible for damages, losses, or delays resulting from situations outside of its direct control. This includes, but is not limited to:

Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, etc.).

Loss of goods during sea or air transport.

Strikes or work stoppages affecting logistics or transport companies.

Closure or bankruptcy of logistics companies or suppliers related to product shipping.

Unexpected changes in customs regulations or international trade restrictions.

Acts of terrorism or sabotage.

Any other force majeure event that prevents the normal fulfillment of contractual commitments.

In these cases, Majin Store will do its best to mitigate the effects of these events, but cannot guarantee timely delivery or the availability of affected products. Delays or non-delivery due to these events will not be grounds for canceling reservations or issuing refunds unless the manufacturer cancels the product production.
