Shipping and Returns

 Package Shipping

Products will be shipped from origin once payment has been completed by the buyer. Shipping times are approximate in all cases, ranging from 30 to 50 days. Depending on the season, delays may occur due to high demand or international issues.

In case of product loss during shipping and once confirmed with the logistics company, a refund of the paid amount will be offered, or a replacement with another product deemed appropriate by the buyer, provided the chosen product is available. If the buyer has other products reserved with Majin Store, the amount will be automatically applied to another product, and a monetary refund will not be accepted in this case.

Shipping addresses are the sole responsibility of the customer, who must provide all necessary information for successful delivery. If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect, Majin Store is not liable for the loss of the product, and no refund will be issued.

Returns are not accepted beyond 72 hours from the receipt of the product. Returns will also not be accepted once the original packaging, which includes a seal that must remain intact, has been opened. Once the product is returned, it will be inspected by our staff, and if applicable, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
