Yes, our figures are original, made with great detail and quality.

3. What should I do if I can’t find a product in your catalog?
If you can’t find a product, we can search for it for you and upload it to our website for you to purchase, as long as it’s available and not sold out.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all of Europe. Shipping is free to France, mainland Spain, Portugal, and Italy. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Corsica, Sardinia, or the United Kingdom. For other destinations, please consult us.

5. How do you pack the figures for shipping?
We use reinforced packaging with protective materials to ensure that the figures arrive in perfect condition.

6. What should I do if a figure arrives damaged?
To process a return due to damage, it is essential to record a full video of the unboxing process. Without this video, we cannot guarantee the repair or replacement of the piece or figure.

7. Can I pre-order figures before their release?
Yes, we offer a pre-order system for exclusive figures. Please note:

• The amounts of pre-orders are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in case of product cancellation by the manufacturer.
• Pre-orders usually sell out within two or three weeks, and in some cases in just a few hours due to high demand.
• We do not accept buyer changes or transfers of pre-orders to third parties.

8. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, you can pay in three interest-free installments to make your purchase easier.

9. Are the katanas functional or decorative?
We only offer decorative katanas, designed for display.

10. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept exchanges for factory defects, as our figures are handmade and painted. We only process returns in cases of proven damage (with unboxing video) or shipping errors.

11. Where can I buy your products?
We are an exclusively online store, but we are active on all social media to assist you and answer your questions.

12. What care should I take with resin figures?
Our figures are made from an extremely fragile material, so they must be handled with care. We recommend avoiding direct sunlight, heat sources, or humidity, and being very cautious when assembling them, as we do not provide assembly guides unless the manufacturer includes them.

13. What should I do if my figure has small imperfections?
Since the figures are hand-painted individually, small imperfections or paint flaws are not grounds for a claim.

14. Why is my product not exactly the same as the image posted?
Our products may vary from the images posted. This is the sole responsibility of the manufacturing studios, and we are not liable for any changes made by them.

15. Do you offer a loyalty program?
Currently, we do not have a loyalty program, but we are working on implementing one in the future.
